A new West Kowloon ferry service (WestK Ferry) has just launched, linking Central Pier 9 to West Kowloon Cultural District’s new WestK Quay (the new pier/harbourfront hub within West Kowloon Cultural District).
The journey time is only 8 minutes across Victoria Harbour and generally sails every 30 minutes from both sides. The operating hours run from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with hours extending to around 11:00 pm on weekends/public holidays.
The ferry is pet-friendly and allows for bicycles as well (with additional charge).
Trial rides: November 10-13, 2025, this period offers complimentary tickets during this four day test phase
